 Space-saving and flexible
Due to their simple construction with only a few components BOTHE-HILD roller shutters of type 100 AR/SR are especially economical. Above the door opening they hardly consume any space, because the curtain coils up very compactly. That is why they are especially appropriate when - for constructional reasons - other installations get in the way.
 Rolling DoorsBoth the single-walled and the double-walled version are available in natural aluminium and galvanized steel respectively. The double-walled model can also be filled with a mineral fibre insulating material which is environmental-friendly as well as recyclable and offers excellent heat and sound protection. The construction and the thickness of the material guarantee maximum stability for door widths of up to 20 m. Windows, manufactured as insertion profiles, ensure more stiffness even in cases of extensive glazing. Since we produce those profiles ourselves, they can be rapidly delivered, so that damaged parts can be easily replaced.
Depending on the demands and the local requirements the roller shutters are equipped with a top-mounted drive, a sprocket drive or a barrel arbor drive.The bottom sealing of the door is ensured by a flexible rubber, the top sealing by a brush. In the side part, a flap door can be integrated. When the door is opened, the side part including the flap door can be swung aside. The clear width can thus be kept entirely.
