 Elegant Aluminium
BOTHE-HILD sectional doors type 46 AL are regarded to be the classic glazed sectional door. The elegant aluminium sections can be adjusted to the building architecture in matters of measurements and partitioning.
The door leaf is partitioned in horizontal sections. The sections are linked with sturdy hinges and are guided and balanced by special fittings. The frame has a construction depth of 46 mm and is manufactured of extruded aluminium hollow profiles. At least, the profiles are 2 mm thick and possess additional reinforcements in the loaded areas. Inside the fillings are held by PVC terminal strips and outside are sealed up by UV-resistant three-lipped rubber profiles. As standard, all sections are filled with 29 mm fillings, closed aluminium stucco panels or insulated plastic double glazing.
The aluminium profiles are anodised in the natural shade E6/EV1 and can be powder coated in any RAL shade if desired.

BOTHE-HILD steel sectional doors type 42 ST offer maximum security and reliability. The heat insulation of the 42 mm thick and thermally separated panels with a CFC-free PU hard foam core corresponds to a 380 mm thick gas concrete wall. Also the window sections convince with best incidence of light and outstanding insulation attributes.All door elements are laterally edged by a U profile. The adjustable hinges are fitted on this profile and serve as fitting of the elements in the guide rails. The bottom and top section obtain aluminium profiles. In case of manually operated doors and if desired, the bottom section can be equipped with a robust handle relieving the opening and closing.
