Smoothly running with traffic leaf

BOTHE-HILD aluminium sliding folding doors type 46 AF are distinguished by their flexible design- and application possibilities. The classic design of the aluminium leaves supports the buildings attractiveness by corresponding sectioning and appropriate colouring.

The sliding folding door is based on a robust aluminium frame rung construction. Different fitting types allow the attachment in nearly all building and space conditions. In case of outside buffered doors, the interior can be entirely used. The leaves have a construction depth of 46 mm. The bottom field is closed with stucco panels, the other fields are filled with an insulating plastic double glazing or optionally closed.

The door leaf consists of several vertical leaves arranged next to each other, laterally slidable and pivotable, which are linked together by aluminium special hinges. The leaves are equipped with one ore more unloading top rollers which are easily guided in a special rail. The door leaf profiles consist of extruded aluminium hollow profiles and are adapted to the corresponding door sizes and static requirements. Inside the fillings are held by PVC terminal strips and outside are sealed up by UV-resistant three-lipped rubber profiles. The profiles are anodised in the natural aluminium shade E6/Ev1 and can be powder coated in every colour as desired.

The assembly frame made of galvanised steel tube or aluminium profile is included in the delivery. Special solutions for the adaptation to the building are possible. By individually sectioning the door leaves, single elements can be used as traffic leaf without a threshold.

The sealing between the assembly frame and the single door leaves is ensured by long-life rubber sealings with special overlap. In the bottom area, the sealing is ensured by a buffer angle which has to be mounted on-site. In case of a level floor, a seal brush can be mounted at the bottom of the door leaf if desired.
